This Rush Limbaugh fight is really embarrassing

I almost feel bad for Obama and the Democrats... almost. But you have to wonder... if Obama can't go one week without Rush getting under his skin to such a degree that he has to take a very public petty partisan swipe at the man... and let's remember, this is a radio DJ we're talking about... is anyone else wondering how he's going to stare down a guy like Ahmadinejad?

Now to make matters worse, are Congressional leaders really signing an anti-Rush petition? Man he must be loving this. Going to be great for ratings.

Talk about a rookie mistake.

And while we're at it... so far it seems to me like the only people whose lives have been made better by this new adminstration are the terrorists currently residing at Gitmo, and the only people Obama has had angry words for have been Republicans and Rush Limbaugh.

If it were up to me, I'd like to see those situations reversed... but then I actually gave the guy credit for being serious about this "post-partisan era" thing.

Clearly, speaking out on issues that matter is no longer patriotic. It's only patriotic if the Republicans are in power. What a cry baby. You won. Now you have to govern. It means that if you pass this spending bill along party lines, you now own the economy. Good luck with all that in 2012.

By the way, I almost never listen to Rush Limbaugh, mostly because I'm at work and also because he's pretty predictable in his political stances. But I've been tuning in from time to time this week and boy has it been entertaining.

Yeah and the really embarrasing part is that because Obama got involved personally, it gave Rush a natinal stage to respond, and his response was actually quite devastating.

Not a smart move for the new guy.

With the mounting job casualties, here's hoping SCOTUS either finds someone, somewhere, has standing to require BHO's birth certificate or fixes attention on a criminal indictment before he wins his War on Prosperity.

I think that's probably too far-fetched to hope for Ted. Best to just gird your loins for a four-year fight and then hope the Republicans can give us someone worth voting for in 2012.
