I was going to write a post wherein I go Howard Beale on Congress and their AIG hearings. Turns out Shepard Smith of Fox News did that yesterday. So rather than write my post, I'm going to post his video since I couldn't have said it better myself. Enjoy!

This is one of the most terrifying moments I've ever experienced as an American... and I lived through 9/11.
Good for SHep. He's absolutely right. And General Washington is right, too -- in many ways, this is more frightening than Sept. 11 Congress is beneath contempt.
